How we handle your data — under the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP).
Pom Pom takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy policy explains, in line with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP / revDSG, in force since 1 September 2023), what personal data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

What data we process
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical data in server log files (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system). This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website.
When you use our contact form or write to us, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company and the content of your message) in order to respond to your enquiry.
Purposes of processing
We process personal data to provide and securely operate the website, to answer your enquiries, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations. We only process data that is necessary for these purposes.
Cookies
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies, for example to remember your language choice. We currently use no tracking or marketing cookies, so no cookie banner is required.
Processors and disclosure to third parties
To operate the website we use carefully selected service providers as processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Postmark (email delivery). They process data exclusively on our behalf and on our instructions. We do not sell your data.
Disclosure abroad
Some of these providers may process data abroad, including in the EU and the USA. We ensure an adequate level of data protection through appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law, and delete it thereafter.
Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).
Your rights
Within the limits of applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, and you may object to processing. We generally provide information free of charge within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC/EDÖB).
