Challenge
ETOZ sought to create a digital showcase to present their distinctive collection of post-modern objects. Their primary objective was to provide customers with the convenience of requesting quotes directly through the website. It was crucial to optimize the website for speed, search engine optimization (SEO), and responsiveness to ensure a fast, easily discoverable, and user-friendly experience on all devices.
Approach
We treated the digital showroom as a quiet stage for the collection: the objects take centre stage while the interface steps back. Every category — from seating to ceramics & glass — can be filtered by decade, origin and availability without a page reload.
Rather than a classic cart, ETOZ relies on personal contact. So we connected every object to a direct inquiry form — a request is sent in seconds. We added fast search across the whole collection, a directory of all designers, and consistent optimisation for speed, SEO and mobile.
Solution
The result is a digital showroom built on Craft CMS: a curated catalogue organised into categories such as seating, tables, lighting and ceramics & glass. With htmx, visitors filter by decade, origin or availability and search the collection live — no page reloads, no waiting.
Every object has its own page with an image series, dimensions, materials, condition and price. Anyone interested sends an inquiry right from there — the form arrives pre-filled with the object. The restrained, typographic design lets the photography do the talking and matches the aesthetic of the collection.
Outcome
ETOZ now runs its gallery digitally as well: the collection is open around the clock, new pieces appear under "New in", and sold objects remain visible as a reference. Search, filters and the designers index get interested buyers to the right piece quickly — and an inquiry is never more than a click away.
