Challenge

Klinik im Hasel runs a shuttle between Gontenschwil station and the clinic. Reservations were handled by phone — cumbersome for patients and staff alike.

Approach

We built a lean, focused booking tool: pick a direction, pick a time, done. Clear and accessible, on mobile too.

Just as important was the clinic's side: the drivers need to know who is riding when — without phone calls or paper lists.

Solution

Booking is down to three steps: pick a direction, tap a day and departure time, leave a name and e-mail — done. There is no account to create; returning passengers can have their details remembered for next time. Departure times are managed per day and direction.

Drivers get their own login and see every reservation in a mobile-optimised dashboard, grouped by day and ride. Push notifications flag new bookings and same-day cancellations the moment they happen.

Outcome

A reservation flow that simply works for everyone — no phone call, no waiting. Patients book their ride in seconds, on their phone if they like.

For the clinic, that means no more coordinating by telephone: the drivers see every ride in the dashboard, get notified of last-minute changes by push — and the schedule is always current.
